Workstream is seeking a Lead Bartender in Dublin, OH to support the team and management in delivering exceptional beverage service. You will lead in your assigned area and ensure operations run smoothly with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong bartending experience in high-volume settings, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience required.
• Strong guest service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and urgency.
• Able to meet physical demands: walking, standing, lifting.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Current Floor Managers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day bar operations as directed by management
• Deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards
• Follow proper cash handling procedures
• Respond to and resolve issues on shift by escalating to management
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the bar
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu, cocktails, and promotions
• Respond to shift issues or guest concerns and escalate as needed
• Certify team members are ringing drinks correctly in the POS and communicate concerns
• Anticipate guest and colleague needs and assist proactively
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties as assigned by manager
