Pins Mechanical Co. in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking a Lead Bartender to support the bar team and management while leading in your assigned area. You will ensure guests receive exceptional service and a smooth operation.

You will manage opening/closing duties, maintain bar organization, and stay knowledgeable about the menu, recipes, and promotions. This role requires a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume bartending and fast-paced settings.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork under pressure.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day bar operations as directed by management.
• Deliver exceptional beverage service in accordance with company standards.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Escalate issues to management when needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the entire bar.
• Know menu, cocktail recipes, and current promotions.
• Ensure proper pouring and ringing in drinks in the POS.
• Anticipate needs of guests and colleagues and assist proactively.
• Perform pre-opening or closing duties as assigned.
