Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a bar, restaurant or hospitality environment.
• POS and/or computer skills needed.
• Knowledge of wine, liquor and spirits; bartender certification a plus.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of bartenders, servers and associates to deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Build relationships with customers and communicate product features and promos.
• Develop knowledge of Casa de Montecristo products and promote sales-driving initiatives.
• Lead store operations including ordering, stock control and product maintenance.
