Valor Hospitality Partners is seeking a Lead Bartender/Mixologist to assist the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing the hotel’s bar operations, including cocktail list curation, bar layout, and daily setup/breakdown. You will ensure quality service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards and profitability.

The role requires 3–6 months’ beverage service experience, effective English communication, and the ability to mix cocktails and provide wine service.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Three to six months of experience in a food/beverage services environment.
• Ability to read, speak and understand English.
• Able to mix cocktails correctly.
• Able to provide wine service.
• Manual coordination to punch buttons and carry trays.

Responsabilités

• Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines and policies.
• Maintain cordial, efficient, and professional guest interactions.
• Maximize bar profitability through portion control and accurate charges.
• Check IDs and process guest checks, cash, and room charges as per policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and supply lists; maintain pars and comply with state liquor laws.
• Perform side work duties and assist with inventory controls to ensure consistency across properties.
