Casa de Montecristo is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to partner with the F&B Manager, blending business acumen with operational know-how to drive results and develop a high-performing team. You will manage day-to-day restaurant, bar, and lounge operations, lead on-the-floor, ensure SOPs, control costs, coach staff, and represent the brand in the local market.

Responsibilities

• Identifies opportunities to increase topline revenue through events, partnerships and education.
• Manages expenses and product/food costs to meet budget objectives.
• Recruits, trains and leads a high-performing team; coaches for performance.
• Acts as brand ambassador in the local market; participates in networking and events.
