Job summary

Atlas Restaurant Group, Houston location, is seeking a Bar Lead to manage bar operations and deliver an excellent guest experience. This full-time, non-exempt position reports to the General Manager and regional leaders, overseeing beverage orders, staff, and finances with a focus on maximizing sales through guest satisfaction.

You will upsell drinks, craft recipes, ensure proper equipment use, and handle basic cleaning duties while collaborating with team members across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ bartending experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have valid form of identification.
• Experience with Toast POS and Restaurant365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct bar operations to ensure excellent guest experience.
• Forecast, plan and manage beverage orders, staff and finances.
• Upsell items and create recipes while maintaining hospitality.
• Collaborate with bartenders, servers and managers to foster a great environment.
• Maintain standards and profitability across service periods.
• Adhere to laws, policies and procedures when serving guests.
