Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience in a high-volume or full-service setting.
• Ability to lead and train bar staff and maintain high standards.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer; beverage service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the beverage program, including seasonal cocktails and menu updates.
• Create and maintain cocktail recipes, specifications, presentation, and prep standards.
• Maintain beverage quality, consistency, pricing, and portion standards.
• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring the bar is clean, stocked, and service-ready.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, rotation, and product counts.
• Monitor beverage costs and waste; ensure accuracy in portion control.
