• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a cheerful, courteous disposition and a neat, professional image.
• Guides and teaches team to follow recipes, bar, service, safety and sanitation standards.
• Encourages teamwork and strong communication across the team.
• Communicates effectively with leadership and team members.
• Attends manager/beverage meetings as needed.
• Receives, stocks and organizes orders and bundles invoices.
• Responsible for periodic bar inventory.
• Leads creation and execution of cocktail menus and beverage program.
• Oversees bar program assets at events and tastings.
• Maintains quality and cleanliness standards.
• Focuses on reducing bar costs.
• Implements side-work structure for bar staff.
• Conducts bar and floor training for spirits, wine, beer, cocktails.
• Works as front-of-house supervisor when needed (MOD).
• Coordinates education opportunities for staff.
• Keeps superiors informed of issues and takes corrective action.
• Performs admin tasks as directed.
• Adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
• Supports team whenever needed.
