Cordillera Ranch is seeking a Head Bartender to lead the bar program with a hands-on, disciplined approach. You will manage day-to-day operations, uphold standards, and coach the team to deliver exceptional member service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of bartending, 2+ years in leadership, and a background in luxury hospitality. This on-site role offers creative beverage stewardship within a private club environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bartending experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Background in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce back-of-house SOPs for setup, breakdown, and sanitation.
• Maintain a clear Bar Manual with shift notes and communication standards.
• Coach in real time and set the tone behind the bars.
• Ensure seamless member service and high standards across the beverage program.
