Qualifications

• 5+ years of bartending experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Background in fine dining or luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and consistency.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce back-of-house SOPs for setup, breakdown, and sanitation.
• Maintain a clear Bar Manual with shift notes and communication standards.
• Coach in real time and set the tone behind the bars.
• Ensure seamless member service and high standards across the beverage program.
