Job summary

Lamuse d’Or is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our opening team and help develop, launch, and maintain our bar and beverage program. This hourly role emphasizes hands-on leadership behind the bar and setting standards for cocktails and service.

You will work with restaurant and culinary leadership during pre-opening to craft recipes, inventory, pricing, and staff training; after opening, you’ll lead shifts, mentor teammates, maintain cleanliness, and ensure exceptional guest

Qualifications

TIPS certified bartenders required.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
Excellent mixology and cocktail crafting skills.
Experience with cash handling and POS systems helpful.
Proven communication and guest-service skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced bar environment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations and ensure consistent execution of recipes and service standards.
Develop and launch opening beverage program, including cocktails, sourcing, and pricing.
Train and support bartenders and service staff; manage prep, inventory, and side-work.
Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and quality control; monitor waste and par levels.
Support events and private tastings; provide beverage knowledge and guest hospitality.
