Job summary

Lamuse d’Or in Rosemary Beach is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our opening team. This hourly role focuses on developing and launching our bar program, leading through example, and building a high-quality beverage operation from the ground up.

During pre-opening, you will help craft cocktails, establish recipes and standards, organize inventory, and train staff. Once open, you'll lead shifts, maintain service excellence, and ensure bar readiness and compliance.

Qualifications

• TIPS certification required and compliant with alcohol-service laws.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Proficiency with cash handling, checkout procedures, and math accuracy.
• Experience with high-volume beverage service and staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch opening beverage program with leadership.
• Document recipes, specs, garnishes, glassware, costing, and pricing.
• Set up bar, inventory, par levels, and equipment during pre-opening.
• Lead bartenders and service staff, ensuring consistency and hospitality.
• Deliver attentive guest service and maintain standards during service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol-service and bar cleanliness.
