Davenport-District-Hospitality is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to join our team. You will lead daily bar operations, set the standard for service, and support the bartending staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role is full-time, requires 21+ years of age, and offers competitive pay plus tips, with opportunities for discounts and benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• MAST and Food Handler Permit Required

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-focused Lead Bartender to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled bartender who can deliver exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting a high-performing bar team. This is a Full-time position; you will be working the main shifts and first called to cover call outs. $19.50 per hour plus tips.
