Job summary

One Off Hospitality is seeking a Bar Lead to support bar operations and the ongoing education of the team, collaborating closely with the General Manager. You will help shape the bar program, create and adjust cocktail, wine and beer offerings, and ensure top-tier service and consistency.

You will oversee inventory, ordering, and cost management while training staff, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and coordinating events with the Chef and GM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• BASSET Certification required.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support bar operations and education in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Lead creation and updates of cocktail, wine and beer menus and related POS edits.
• Oversee bar inventory, ordering, receiving and cost control.
• Train and supervise bar staff, conduct tastings and staff development.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and quality standards across the bar program.
• Coordinate events, tastings and special menus with Chef and GM.
• Maintain beverage program assets and communicate changes to team.
