Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full time LEAD BARISTA position.

• Location: Rivian Normal Plant - 100 Rivian Motorway, Normal IL 61761. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday. 1st shift. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous leadership and barista experience required.
  • Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
  • Greets customers courteously and interacts in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Relays relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
  • Serves customers quickly, efficiently and does not allow back-ups or snags in serving lines.

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
