Role Responsibilities
  • Maintain quality and hospitality standards, ensuring guest and employee needs are met.
  • Display professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
  • Maintain an exemplary business appearance.
  • Possess technical expertise in beverage management, kitchen operations, human resources, and front desk operations; train staff accordingly.
  • Identify and train future managers.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation, maintaining health inspection scores of at least 95%.
  • Manage financial budgets and review performance regularly to meet financial goals.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and engage the community.
  • Set a professional example, maintain a non-fraternization policy, and uphold a professional circle outside the restaurant.
  • Foster ongoing training and continuous improvement.
Candidate Qualifications

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MICROS and Microsoft Office.
