Overview of Position

This position, under the guidance of the General Manager, is responsible for supporting all elements of day-to-day operations, including increasing sales, meeting profit objectives, executing new programs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Additional duties may be assigned.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Support the development of restaurant operating plans with the General Manager to achieve business growth (sales and profit) and guest satisfaction.
  2. Assist in planning schedules, analyzing staffing needs, and providing appropriate development and training for employees.
  3. Exercise discretion in adapting to changing business demands.
  4. Ensure all menu items are prepared and served according to Brand Standards.
  5. Maintain proper inventory levels for food and non-food items, using correct ordering procedures and efficient usage.
  6. Ensure guest satisfaction through proper operational execution, maintaining a clean and pleasant environment, and enforcing Brand Standards service requirements.
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  8. Adhere to management procedures for facility and equipment maintenance, safety, sanitation, and food safety standards.
  9. Promote and embody company values and policies, with a focus on safety.
  10. Assist in managing controllable expenses, including labor, cash, repairs & maintenance, and food costs, and support financial reporting and improvement plans.
  11. Monitor local market trends and assist in implementing appropriate marketing programs.
  12. Create and maintain a positive work environment with open communication, addressing employee issues appropriately.
  13. Manage conflicts constructively and demonstrate strong leadership and flexibility.
