• We are hiring immediately for a full-time LEAD BARISTA position.
• Location: Rivian Normal Plant - 100 Rivian Motorway, Normal IL 61761. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous leadership and barista experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Greets customers courteously and interacts to ensure customer satisfaction. Relays relevant concerns from customers directly to supervisors.
• Serves customers quickly and efficiently, ensuring no back-ups or snags in serving lines.
