Qualifications

• Two years or more in a bakery setting; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret data such as pars, inventory, COGs to adjust quality control strategies.
• Excellent communication to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong English communication; bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Able to work varying shifts including morning, afternoon, nights, and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform functions of Doughnut Creators and Doughnut Artists.
• Oversee taste, freshness, and presentation of doughnut products.
• Monitor daily baking schedules and ingredient preparation.
• Develop positive rapport with the team and provide feedback to enhance performance.
• Cultivate a mentorship culture while upholding brand standards.
• Ensure trays are loaded, labeled and rotated correctly with logs kept.
• Assist production by monitoring pars and performing quality checks.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and logs for inspections and oil recycling.
• Ensure adherence to uniform and safety shoe policies; promote safety and OSHA standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
