Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts in American Fork, UT is seeking a Doughnut Boss to ensure product quality and customer service. You will lead staff, manage cash handling, and uphold safety protocols while training and coaching teams to deliver the brand standard across all shifts.

As a key figure in a fast-paced, 24/7 store, you’ll supervise FOH and BOH, navigate scheduling, and ensure sanitation and security policies are followed to maintain excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 years restaurant experience.
• Must have Clark County Health Card.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelinesAbility to remain positive in busy working conditions
• Ability to multi-task and help in multiple departments, provide leadership for FOH and BOH.
• Have open schedule availability, stores are open 24/7- candidates should be available for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you. Serve as a role model.
• Become knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
• Have manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.
• Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.
• Train and coach employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.
• Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.
