Job summary

Cinnabon in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily bakery operations, coach the team, and ensure guest experiences meet brand standards. You’ll oversee shifts, maintain food safety, and deliver friendly, energetic service.

You’ll open/close, handle cash, train teammates, and keep the bakery organized and safe, while upholding reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of food service, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Food Handler Certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and provide direction, coaching, and support to team members.
• Deliver friendly, energetic guest service and uphold brand standards.
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon products per procedures and quality controls.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and overall store standards daily.
• Open and close procedures; operate registers and handle cash accurately.
• Support training, attendance, and teamwork to meet store goals.
