Legacy Bakehouse in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Waukesha and Cudahy bakeries. This hands-on leadership role will guide shift teams, ensure safety, quality, and efficient production.

You will train and grow team members, promote continuous improvement, and collaborate across functions to meet daily goals in a fast-paced environment. Competitive pay and full benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing, food manufacturing preferred.
• People-first approach with good communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees during shifts.
• Keep the bakery safe, clean, and compliant with food safety rules.
• Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining product quality and food safety.
• Work side-by-side with team members to solve problems as they come up.
• Help train, motivate, and grow team members for long-term success.
• Promote continuous improvement throughout our facilities.
