Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in finishing and decoration of bakery goods is desirable.
• Knowledge of food service techniques, sanitation, and safety practices.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Production Management and Menu Coordination: oversee production, decorate and present items, balance workload, coordinate with events.
• Supervision, Training, and Staff Development: supervise, train, and coach staff, assign duties, ensure quality.
• Sanitation, Safety, and Operational Support: maintain sanitation, enforce PPE and safety procedures, support operations.
