• Maintain fairness, dignity, and respect among co-workers.
• Meet or exceed Management Planning guidelines.
• Develop bakery product knowledge (rolls, desserts, cakes, etc.).
• Assist in training other associates when assigned.
• Maintain neat personal appearance and follow appearance policy.
• Maintain communication within department and organization.
• Support safety and sanitation standards; report equipment issues.
• Observe sanitation and food safety standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
