Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of baking experience with supervisory experience.
• Experience in finishing and decoration of bakery goods.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production process of baked goods and pastries.
• Supervises, trains, and coaches bakery staff to complete tasks.
• Ensures sanitation, safety, and proper PPE usage.
• Coordinates menu scheduling and product offerings.
