Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in manufacturing/production or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of Lead Operator or team lead experience
• Ability to understand bakery production processes and equipment
• Ability to read and complete production, safety and quality docs
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and SAP or similar systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and packing activities to meet schedules and productivity goals.
• Lead, train, and support production employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Monitor product quality, food safety, and GMP compliance to meet specs.
• Facilitate cross‑department communication (Production, QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, Shipping).
• Maintain production documentation and SAP transactions for reporting and traceability.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a safe, clean, organized work environment compliant with health and safety standards.
