Taher is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment at the Plymouth Culinary Center and Great Northern Baking Company in Plymouth, Minnesota.

The role serves as a working technical leader for the maintenance team, performing complex troubleshooting, coordinating daily priorities, mentoring other technicians, and supporting preventive maintenance across both facilities. Travel between sites is required.

Competenze

Five years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical equipment, HMIs, low-voltage electrical systems, and production equipment.
Knowledge of plumbing and HVAC systems.
Experience training/mentoring other technicians.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work independently and shift priorities.
Effective communication with production staff, maintenance, vendors, and leadership.
Ability to travel locally between Taher Plymouth facilities.
