Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Department Leader in Minnesota to guide a team of maintenance professionals, drive reliability, and manage budgets to support world-class baking operations.

The role focuses on coaching Team Leaders, improving assets, and delivering strong safety and quality results while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of hands-on management experience in maintenance.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or related field preferred; HS Diploma/GED required.
• Operational background in electrical circuitry, refrigeration, fuel-burning equipment, and machine mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial and reliability health of the maintenance department, including budgets.
• Lead the growth and development of Team Leaders and Associates.
• Build a culture that values people, community, and integrity.
• Partner with BU leadership and cross-functional teams to identify profit-driving strategies.
• Coach Team Leaders to achieve world-class standards and enable production to schedule and order fulfilment.
• Deliver on KPIs for People, Asset Reliability, Quality, Safety, Service and Cost.
