Job summary

Crown Bakeries seeks a Master Maintenance Technician to lead preventative and corrective maintenance for plant equipment and facilities. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and implementing long-term improvements to minimize downtime.

You will coordinate with supervisors and maintain accurate records using CMMS to ensure safe, efficient operations. Responsibilities include inspecting systems, wiring, conveyors, and motors; installing new equipment and verifying performance;

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement long-term improvements.
• Proficient in reading schematics and using diagnostic tools.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment; disassemble and reassemble components as needed.
• Install and test new equipment; coordinate with OEMs for complex issues.
• Record maintenance activities in CMMS and communicate status to supervision.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations; identify and mitigate hazards.
• Produce daily/shift-end reports detailing performance and issues.
