Job summary

Taher seeks a highly experienced manufacturing leader to direct Plymouth, Minnesota operations for high-volume fresh and prepared foods. The VP will drive safety, quality, productivity and financial performance while building a visible, capable leadership team across Culinary/Prepared Foods and Bakery operations.

This on-site role requires hands-on floor presence, strategic production planning, and partnership with functional leaders to meet national retailer commitments and scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Food Science, Business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Ten+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading large hourly workforces and multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Plymouth manufacturing operations.
• Translate customer demand and priorities into executable production strategies.
• Establish staffing, scheduling and execution across shifts.
• Create operating rhythms with visibility and accountability for results.
• Maintain safety, quality, throughput and cost discipline.
• Develop and coach a high-performing leadership team across functions.
• Partner with HR, maintenance, and finance to optimize labor and capital.
