Ericsson is seeking a Principal Back-End CAD Engineer for Physical Implementation & AI in Austin, TX. The role focuses on building scalable CAD infrastructure, advancing synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, and AI-enhanced optimization across multiple ASIC programs.

You will mentor engineers, drive methodology improvements, and collaborate with EDA vendors to push the boundaries of silicon development in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Competenze

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 10+ years of experience.
• Deep experience in physical design and back-end CAD.
• Proficiency in Python and automation scripting.

Mansioni

• Lead architecture, development, and evolution of FlowJam back-end CAD flow framework.
