Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Austin, Texas is seeking a Senior DFX Engineer to join the Silicon Lifecycle Solutions team. This hybrid on-site role supports DFX and SLM across multiple ASIC programs, collaborating with EDA partners and cross-site teams.

The candidate will architect and verify DFT/SLM flows, apply AI to optimize debugging and telemetry, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with Test, Physical Design, and CAD teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC/IP/ASIC design with emphasis on DFX (DFT/DFD/DFM).
• ATPG, Scan, JTAG/iJTAG, BIST and test quality trade-offs knowledge.
• SOC level DFT planning, architecture and execution.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the DFX/SLM group and act as technical authority for silicon lifecycle management.
• Strategize, architect, plan, design/verify DFT and SLM across multiple ASIC programs.
• Extend silicon lifecycle capability: in-system test, telemetry, monitoring and diagnostics.
