Job summary

Ericsson seeks a Senior DFX Engineer in Austin, Texas, joining the DFX & SLM team to drive silicon lifecycle management from design through tape-out and field operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: BSEE.
• 5+ years in SOC/IP/ASIC design with emphasis on DFX.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen a world-class DFX & SLM group and act as the technical authority for silicon lifecycle management.
• Strategize, architect, plan, design/implement & verify DFT and SLM across multiple ASIC programs.
• Extend silicon lifecycle capability in-field: in-system test, telemetry, monitoring, diagnostics, and repair.
• Collaborate with Test Team to define overall Test Strategy.
• Partner with Physical Design teams to develop complex SOCs.
• Collaborate with EDA Vendors, ASIC partners & CAD team to define next-gen DFT/SLM flows.
• Apply AI as a first-class tool to automate flows, accelerate debug and triage.
• Mentor junior engineers and work with cross-site teams.
