Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking an Electronics Hardware Engineer to lead the development of high‑reliability avionics for space cryo‑cooling applications. You will supervise a small, skilled team from concept through production, ensuring design goals, schedules, and performance criteria are met.

You will apply deep electronics expertise, vehicle systems knowledge, and leadership to deliver safe, repeatable space flight hardware in a collaborative culture of safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in electronics hardware development.
• Experience with aerospace or high-reliability assemblies.
• Experience with analog/digital filters and signal processing.

Responsibilities

• Develop analog and/or digital boards that interact with avionics systems.
• Design across the entire product life-cycle: concept, design, prototyping, verification, and production release.
• Perform schematic capture, device selection, board layout, design reviews, tests, and flight artifacts.
• Support trades studies as required.
• Perform worst-case analysis, DFx, and design for test/manufacture/cost.
