Qualifications

• BS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary development projects or teams.
• 5+ years in at least one space-flight specialty area.
• Excellent verbal/written/graphical communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own upgraded analog and digital avionic designs for lunar lander systems.
• Own hardware/firmware architecture and support across the product life cycle.
• Lead design trade studies, performance characterization, and roadmap direction.
• Lead FMECA, DFx, root-cause analyses, and safety initiatives.
• Communicate status and risks to management; mentor team members.
• Organize staff training and ensure staff development.
