Job summary

AVOMO, the autonomous vehicle arm of Moove Cars, seeks a Lead Instructor to train and mentor our AV fleet operations and on-site instructors. You will lead classroom and field sessions, ensure safety and operational readiness, and align training with partner standards.

The role combines hands-on teaching with team leadership, acting as the bridge between Operations and Fleet to ensure a seamless training lifecycle from onboarding through graduation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in adult education, automotive technology, or technical training.
• Demonstrated leadership of diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and hands-on training delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with adaptability to complex stakeholder relationships.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Training Leadership: Lead classroom and field training sessions and take control when needed to ensure quality, safety, and readiness.
• Team Leadership & People Development: Mentor onsite Training Instructors and provide coaching for professional growth.
• Operational Integration & Training Lifecycle: Serve as bridge between Operations and Fleet; track progress from onboarding to graduation.
• Applied Curriculum Optimization: Iterate programs using partner materials; focus on real-world, field-ready applications.
• Operational Safety & Excellence: Enforce safety protocols, troubleshoot training or operational roadblocks.
