Job summary

Moove AV seeks an experienced Training Manager to own and scale the validation training program worldwide. You will establish standards, certify in‑market managers, and ensure safety and quality across markets. The role blends curriculum design, planning, and cross‑functional coordination with Safety, Operations, and Fleet teams.

You will lead Train‑the‑Trainer efforts, drive the global training roadmap, and coach local teams to continuously improve curricula, metrics, and certification outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; PM certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in AV operations or AV training.
• Ability to map dependencies and drive cross‑functional roadmaps.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring validation/safety drivers.
• Safety‑first decision making under launch pressures.
• Curriculum design experience for validation drivers.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own training quality as the core KPI with certification integrity.
• Manage and iterate curriculum, assessment frameworks, and certification.
• Maintain safety standards with zero exceptions.
• Audit local training programs and coordinate with Safety and Operations.
• Onboard in‑market Managers and Supervisors; manage KPIs.
• Empower local teams to adapt curriculum for market nuances.
• Lead Train‑the‑Trainer delivery and first‑team certification.
• Plan capacity, milestones, and align stakeholders across teams.
• Define infrastructure standards and oversee deployment readiness.
