Job summary

Moove AV in Las Vegas, NV seeks an Training Operations Manager to lead and scale the global validation training program for drivers and in-market supervisors. You will standardize curricula, certify trainers, and ensure safety-first execution across markets.

This role requires 3–5 years in AV training or operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and up to 40% travel. You’ll partner with Safety, Fleet Ops, and Market Launch teams to align training with roadmaps and launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• PM certification (PMI-PgMP, PMP, CPTM) preferred or equivalent experience managing complex initiatives.
• 3–5 years in AV operations or AV training.
• Experience training, coaching, or mentoring validation/safety drivers, ideally with TTT or multi-site standardization work.
• Safety-first track record with balanced operations and launch pressures.
• Curriculum design experience for validation driver programs and live delivery capability.
• Change agent mindset with a drive to improve quality, efficacy or cost.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the training quality as the core KPI, measured by certification integrity and audit findings.
• Manage and evolve curriculum, assessment frameworks, and certification standards across markets.
• Ensure safety is the non-negotiable baseline with no market exceptions.
• Audit local training programs and collaborate with Safety and Operations to close gaps.
• Lead onboarding curricula for in-market Managers and Supervisors and drive KPI alignment.
• Deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions and certify first teams in new markets.
• Plan capacity, milestones, and align with fleet deployment schedules.
• Oversee global infrastructure readiness and training facilities procurement.
