Job summary

Moove AV is seeking an experienced Training Operations Manager to own and scale the global validation training program for drivers and in‑market Supervisors. You will set standards, certify teams, and drive cross‑market alignment to ensure safety and quality from day one of new markets.

The role requires a systems thinker with a programmatic mindset, capable of coordinating with Safety, Fleet Ops, and Market Launch teams while traveling up to 40% to deliver training and audits in‑market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; PM certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in AV operations or AV training, with program management experience.
• Ability to map dependencies, manage cross‑functional roadmaps, and maintain day‑to‑day training quality.
• Deep fluency in AV validation operations, disengagement protocols, and data logging.
• History of balancing safety with operations under launch pressures.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize Moove’s training program for Validation Operations and two audiences: validation drivers and in‑market Supervisors.
• Deliver Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and certify initial market teams; ensure programs scale with new markets.
• Plan capacity, milestones, and timelines; align with Safety, Workforce Planning, Fleet Ops, and Local Ops.
• Audit local training programs, identify gaps, and evolve curriculum with cross‑market feedback.
• Define infrastructure and deployment readiness; manage facilities and equipment for training environments.
