Job summary

ForTech Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of assigned projects in the Southern California market. This role requires hands-on management, direct client interaction, and effective collaboration with technicians, subcontractors, and the internal team.

You will drive schedules, budgets, and quality, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth handoffs to the service team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management/coordination in AV integration, low-voltage, or construction.
• Experience with audiovisual, automation, networking, lighting control, or related systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret project documentation and technical drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned projects from sales/design handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate daily field activities with technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Communicate schedule changes and project requirements to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and milestones; identify risks early.
