Job summary

DI seeks a Technical Service Project Manager (Fabrication & Technology) in Overland Park, KS to lead service projects spanning fabrication and tech integration. You will coordinate AV systems, software/hardware deployments, custom fabrication, and warranty follow-ups to meet timelines and budgets.

You’ll be the client-facing bridge among Technology, Fabrication, Engineering and Service, driving client satisfaction and ensuring alignment of physical and digital deliverables throughout the project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of hybrid project management experience.
• Background in AV, fabrication, installations, or experience design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across service, fabrication, and technology scopes.
• Serve as primary client contact through all project phases.
• Define requirements and deliverables with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-department planning for digital and physical elements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and scope changes.
• Oversee QA, testing, and post-install documentation.
• Maintain risk logs and liaise with subcontractors.
• Travel for site visits as needed.
