Digital Consultants LLC is seeking a Lead AV/IT Technician to support AV/IT operations at Fort Leonard Wood. You will serve as the senior technical lead for daily operations, event support, and complex troubleshooting.

The role requires a Secret clearance, 3–5 years of AV/IT field experience, and proficiency in AV control system programming. You will mentor junior technicians and coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams on mission-critical systems.

Qualificações

• Secret clearance required.
• CompTIA Network+ or Security+ required; CTS or CTS-I preferred
• 3–5 years AV/IT field technician or system integration experience
• Advanced understanding of AV/IT troubleshooting and integration
• Experience with AV control system programming
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate technical work
• Ability to support mission-critical events under time constraints

Duties To Include

Requirements

• Clearance: Secret


• Certifications: CompTIA Network+ or Security+ required, CTS or CTS-I strongly preferred


• Education: High school diploma required


• Experience:




• 3–5 years of AV/IT field technician or system integration experience


• Advanced understanding of AV/IT troubleshooting and integration


• Experience with AV control system programming


• Strong problem‑solving and documentation skills


• Ability to lead teams and coordinate technical work


• Ability to support mission‑critical events under time constraints




• Physical Requirements: The candidate must be able to travel to other worksites as required and with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., moving a case of paper or similar task) that may occur occasionally.
