Job summary

EOS IT Solutions, a global technology and logistics provider, seeks a Lead AV Installation Technician to oversee deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence at client sites. You will lead installation teams, ensure system performance, and act as a technical escalation point while upholding high service standards.

Expect up to 70% travel nationwide; responsibilities include onsite client interface, project reporting, and post-installation assessments.

Qualifications

• Lead AV installation or engineering teams with proven results.
• Ability to terminate, configure, and program AV equipment.
• Read and interpret technical plans for AV deployments.
• Experience with AV/VC integrations and room audits.
• Must thrive under pressure with fast response and urgency.
• Willingness and eligibility to travel and work globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.
• Supervise AV Technicians during projects and ensure quality.
• Configure endpoints and infrastructure for AV systems.
• Conduct room audits, tests, and readiness checks.
• Perform software upgrades and manage RMA requests.
• Serve as technical escalation point for ongoing faults.
• Interface with clients on-site and report to management.
• Document hardware failures and supervise rack building.
