Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Lead AV Installation Technician to oversee deployment and maintenance of AV/TelePresence technologies across client sites. You will lead installation teams, ensure system performance, and act as a technical escalation point.

This role requires up to 70% travel and collaboration with clients on-site, delivering high-quality service in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX).
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform necessary configurations.
• Experience with AV/VC integrations.
• Willingness to travel and work globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products.
• Supervise AV Technicians during projects.
• Configure endpoints and infrastructure.
• Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and readiness checks.
• Identify and resolve equipment failures with effective solutions.
• Complete post-installation assessments and user acceptance testing.
• Install software upgrades and manage break/fix and RMA requests.
• Act as a technical escalation point for ongoing faults.
• Interface with clients on-site in alignment with SLAs.
• Provide project reporting and updates to management.
