Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple AV installation projects from planning through execution.

You will coordinate internal teams and subcontractors, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and act as the primary technical escalation contact for the program. The role requires 7+ years in installation project management, knowledge of digital signage, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years installation project related experience.
• Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experienced user of software CRM tools; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate concepts for non-technical buyers.
• Flexible and able to respond quickly to unforeseen changes in projects and customer requirements.
• Self-motivated with planning and time management skills.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Team oriented with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and administer installation projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and installation sub-contractors.
• Serve as first-level technical escalation for installation issues.
• Assist install managers with complex installations.
• Identify, assess and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage schedule, cost, and quality constraints.
• Manage project timelines and milestones with cross-functional teams.
• Own the project and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Manage project billing per the SOW.
• Participate in weekly project reviews with teams and clients.
• Ensure client and internal milestones are met and documented.
• Travel up to 30%.
