Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in AV, construction, or experiential environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AV, LED display, and experiential projects from kickoff to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, scopes, and resources.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities among architects, contractors, consultants, IT, and engineers.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines for successful execution.
• Lead meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify risks early and implement proactive solutions.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, and installation schedules.
• Monitor financial performance including budgets and change orders.
• Ensure installations meet design specs and client expectations.
