Job summary

MediaVine Pro Audio/Video, a Denver-based AV integrator serving houses of worship, education, government, hospitality and entertainment, seeks an experienced AV Install Lead Technician to lead on-site installation, field coordination, and team leadership.

You will review drawings, manage cabling, test systems, and mentor junior staff to ensure safety and quality across projects. 3–5 years in AVL installation is required; CTS or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AVL installation or related technical field.
• Experience leading job site crews or field execution.
• Strong knowledge of AV installation methods and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site installation activities for AV systems and control.
• Direct technicians and subcontractors on projects.
• Review drawings and scope to ensure proper execution.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule and issues.
• Maintain quality and productivity across all phases.
• Mentor junior technicians and new installers.
• Document field notes, photos, and reports.
