Job summary

Creative Realities is seeking an Installation Manager with a strong background in A/V, digital signage, and construction to lead installations for multiple accounts. You will forecast, plan, and coordinate installations with program managers and client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.

You will supervise resources, manage sub-contractors, and handle billing with the SOW, while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule controls across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project-related experience
• Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired
• Experienced user of software CRM tools; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and administer installation projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and installation sub-contractors to deploy the solution.
• Manage and eliminate problems to deliver on-time, meeting client expectations.
• Identify, assess and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Manage Schedule, Cost and Quality constraints.
• Oversee project timelines and milestones with cross-functional leads; consider budget and quality.
• Take ownership of projects and escalate to senior management as needed.
• Manage project billing per the SOW.
• Participate in weekly reviews with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure milestones are met and approvals documented.
