Job summary

Creative Realities, Inc. is seeking an Installation Manager with experience in A/V, digital signage, and construction to lead client installations.

You will forecast, plan, and oversee installations across multiple accounts, coordinating with program managers and account managers to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. The role requires strong project management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project related experience.
• Knowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• AVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desired.
• Experienced user of software CRM tools. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and administer installation projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and sub-contractors for deployments.
• Manage issues to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify, assess and communicate with stakeholders.
• Manage schedule, cost and quality constraints.
• Oversee project timelines with cross-functional leads; handle budgets and milestones.
• Own and initiate project billing per SOW.
• Participate in weekly reviews with teams and clients.
• Ensure approvals and milestones are documented.
