Job summary

EY seeks an experienced AV design professional to lead the planning, design capture, and implementation of conference room AV solutions across office projects. You will collaborate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities, IT and architecture teams to ensure end-to-end conference room experiences that meet business requirements and budget targets.

The role requires 8–10 years in consulting or project management, strong knowledge of AV technologies, and the ability to drive standardized, cost-efficient

Qualifications

• College degree in related technology field or equivalent
• Approximately 8–10 years of experience in a Consulting or Product/Project Management role
• CTS-I, CTS-D certification preferred
• Experience with Conference Room AV technologies and standards

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, planning and implementation of conference room AV solutions
• Prepare and manage AV-based RFPs and vendor recommendations
• Coordinate with BRM, Real Estate, Facilities and IT teams to deliver end-to-end conference room experiences
• Ensure designs meet budget targets and align with EY standards
• Drive cost efficiency and global design consistency
