• 8+ years of professional work experience in a cross‑functional and product‑based environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience working in a high‑level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
• Proven ability to problem‑solve and improve operational efficiency with a proactive mindset and resourcefulness to achieve company goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management, and explain technical issues.
• Excellent driving history.

Responsibilities

• Lead Zoox Vehicle Operators team and drive safety‑focused culture.
• Complete admin tasks: timesheets, expense reports, schedule validation, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with other Team Leads and Program/Project Managers to stay aligned with Zoox goals.
• Mentor direct reports and contingent workforce to meet Zoox standards.
• Coordinate with contingent workforce and management, answering questions and ensuring proper task execution.
• Conduct recurring testing with a priority on safety to stay current with Vehicle Operations.
• Partner with product and program teams to improve local and organization‑wide operations.
